No time to breathe, no time for light conversations. -The company style is to constantly pressure employees for various things. -Annual Performance Review plus a Mid-Year Performance Review are overkill- everything you say and do is being tracked for these reviews. The environment does not allow for simply being a human being. Many phony people regurgitate whatever management is selling.
