Unfortunately, we did have to make some changes to one of our Clinical teams largely to comply with changing regulatory requirements. Through advance communication and careful planning, most of the impacted employees were offered alternative roles and remain actively employed at Healthfirst. This decision was made with careful consideration, and we strive to keep these types of difficult changes to a minimum.
