Inadequite leadership - Analyst Healthfirst Employee Review

The leadership in majority of the departments is either not competent or they need people skills. Horrible place to work there is no respect for the employees. Management behaves like immature, uneducated children. When people file complaints about abusive work environments human resource does absolutely nothing. In fact they value their most aggressive employees. I don’t know why I stayed so long. Glad I finally saw the light and left on my own terms.
