Pros

The work environment is friendly and professional, it also has great potential for growth in the Healthcare industry. Before I went into the field/office, I was provided with well-trained materials and advice and upper management periodically checked whether I was doing okay when I started the position.

Cons

As a senior retention advocate, the most challenging part is the field visits at members' homes, sometimes you will experience not-too-good surroundings/environment, but the company does provide you with POM devices for emergency assistance. The medical coverage and the compensation can have better improvements.
