-Excellent work/life balance -Understanding management of life occurrences (ex. I can log off and handle life things with no pressure that I need to be glued to my computer) -Best team culture I've participated in. Team members genuinely care about each other and help uplift one another. Don't feel like I have to step on others to succeed. -Team is regularly striving towards better: better processes, better feedback cycles, etc. -Many projects are very rewarding to work on -Direct access to stakeholders, so I know who is using the work I've done and get direct feedback from end users

Cons

-HR goals are not specific -Career/promotion pathways not well established -Speed at which new technologies become available
