Pros

The management is great and flexible with time. As long as you make you deadlines, work hard, put in the extra work when needed, they will work with you and your schedule. The job is also challenge each client is different and has different needs that we need to meet. I need a job that keeps me busy and challenges me. Healthfuse definitely meets those needs. Also, the work environment is very fun and every single person who works here is great. I enjoy spending time with them at work and outside of work when we do trivia nights or have other fun work outings.

Cons

This isn't a job for anyone who isn't driven and motivated by success. Sometimes I work extra hours to meet the needs of my clients. Sometimes I work extra hours to help out coworkers when needed. This job is for someone for is driven and self motivated who can manage their time appropriately.

Pros

The Owners and C-Suite Executives are some of the best leaders I’ve seen. Communication from the top is consistent, open, and transparent, which really sets the tone for the company. I’ve seen multiple examples of smart, hardworking people (many of them women) being recognized and rewarded for their efforts through promotions and new opportunities. There’s real room to grow here, and it’s encouraged. Most managers have been promoted from within rather than brought in from outside, which makes them very approachable and easy to work with. Full-time remote work is great. Benefits are good.

Cons

Operational roles can be quite demanding, which makes the pay feel inadequate at times. Some leaders have been at the organization for a very long time and can appear (and sometimes act) untouchable. It’s a smaller company, so it’s kind of in your face sometimes.
