Thank you for your feedback. You point out an interesting challenge that a lot of companies our size have – multiple offices. We have four different offices across the U.S., and that poses both challenges and opportunities for our employees. As a management team, we span multiple offices and are continuously working to ensure we work as a cohesive company across locations. We’ve invested in state-of-the art video conferencing technology to make virtual meetings more impactful, and our leadership team members host employee coffee talks when they travel to other offices. One of our core values is “Achieve Excellence Together,” and that means across teams, across departments, across locations. Whether it’s Denver, Madison, Raleigh or Atlanta, we’re all committed to the same goal of making healthcare easier for patients and providers. - Scott Booker, CEO

Pros

DDS is very nice to work with. You receive enough time with each patient. If you need instruments, there is no push back.

Cons

You work with many older patients which can be challenging to due to the fact that they do not want to lean back too far. Analog x-rays (no digital). Low pay for the area.
