Pros

Relatively flexible work schedule. Benefits are fine.

Cons

Healthgrades is a result of a merger between a web-based doctor directory and a direct marketing organization. The organizations were never properly merged and a rotating door at the highest levels of management squandered any opportunity for a unified direction and meaningful investment. Tech debt has accumulated, products have stagnated and are finally in the decline. Current strategy is to replace American workers with less effective foreign contractors in an attempt to boost financial ratios for VC to exit. Management is disconnected from years-long outstanding problems and focuses on fickle, low-value new features. Long-term prospects for the organization are grim.

Thanks for providing your feedback. Our mission is all about providing consumers with accurate information to make healthcare decisions. We are continuing to build out products that meet consumers' needs. At the same time we are investing in our enterprise marketing platform which will allow health systems to connect with patients. Both of these are lofty goals and will incorporate our internal resources in analytics and data science. -- Kate Hyatt, Chief People Officer

Pros

DDS is very nice to work with. You receive enough time with each patient. If you need instruments, there is no push back.

Cons

You work with many older patients which can be challenging to due to the fact that they do not want to lean back too far. Analog x-rays (no digital). Low pay for the area.
