Nice office location. Decent infrastructure.

Cons

Too much focus on profit at the expense of content value. Zero job-security makes it impossible to retain knowledge and talent.

Pros

DDS is very nice to work with. You receive enough time with each patient. If you need instruments, there is no push back.

Cons

You work with many older patients which can be challenging to due to the fact that they do not want to lean back too far. Analog x-rays (no digital). Low pay for the area.
