Pros

It was a really good company intil they decided there employees didn’t matter!

Cons

I don’t know where to start. This company is a joke. All they care about is themselves! We started working from home 3 months ago since it wasn’t safe to be in the office. Now they want us to come back even tho it still isn’t safe? How does that make since! They didn’t pay us our bonus from LAST YEAR, and they keep bragging about how they didn’t have to lay anyone off? I WOOD OF MADE ALOT MORE MONEY ON UNEMPLOYMENT! I’ve worked here for 2 years, and the new people get paid the same! A lot of people were smart and left to collect unemployment and make over $1000 more than me to do NOTHING while I have to work my bit off to make the same as brand new peoples! They wood rather screw us out of our bonuses and not gave us our raises while everyone else in the company gets theres, and try to make us come back to the office where we could get sick and die, rather than care about there employees. Good luck answering calls without employees! Don’t be suprised when you get sued for not paying our $$$$!

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. Our return to office guidelines are mandated by state and federal recommendations and our facilities team monitors this on a daily basis. Bonus payments for 2019 are still under consideration and we are hoping to provide employees with an update soon. Jennifer Kraus, Vice President, Human Resources

Pros

DDS is very nice to work with. You receive enough time with each patient. If you need instruments, there is no push back.

Cons

You work with many older patients which can be challenging to due to the fact that they do not want to lean back too far. Analog x-rays (no digital). Low pay for the area.
