Pros
You genuinely get to help others at a very real and raw level. Decent training. The community of coaches and support within is phenomenal. Pay is okay for coaching. You don't have to do your own marketing. Access to Dr. K's guide. You get to set your own schedule, truly, and only do the types of coaching that interest you.
Cons
No benefits. You have to pay 100% of your taxes, as it is not taken out. They take an estimated 49% of what clients pay for personal coaching, depending on what tier coach you are. This is supposed to be getting better in the next year No cost of living adjustments. No stock options or buy-ins. No room for growth after Master Tier. No accountability from Admin - they hide behind the idea of 'independent contractors' to avoid helping coaches get better. Metrics are used as a reason to fire coaches and coaches with approval ratings of 95%+ have been fired recently. Contracts are 6 months. Admin are demeaning, condescending, and gaslight coaches into believing we are at fault for the way they treat coaches. There is absolutely no support from Admin when clients are high risk and no helpful protocols for such situations. Put short - it's a corporation like any other. There is no job security, and Admin does not communicate in a considerate way.
