i really enjoyed being in the home setting of my clients and also being able to help them with staying in their home rather than being in a nursing home type setting . I loved being there among their favorite things and getting to know more about them.. it is way more personal.

Cons

I didn't really have any because it was like I was a visitor in their homes. I loved working here

Great staff and wonderful place to work! Boss is amazing and work life balance is paramount in the work culture!

Cons

Pay isn't the greatest and they do require you to do a lot of travel without mile reimbursement.
