Flexible schedule and can be chill sometimes

The worst place to work. Horrible management, nosy coworkers. They gossip more than they care about the patient.

I did not find any "pros" in working for this firm.

My tenure at Heart to Heart was short-lived because it was the MOST unprofessional work environment I have ever experienced. If you work in the East Orange office, don't expect any privacy. There are video cameras in EVERY office used to monitor the staff. Don't expect any formal training on using their systems; they do not have any written procedures or documentations.
