Worst place - Direct Support Professional (DSP) Heart to Heart NJ Employee Review

Flexible work schedule but not room for growth.

No benefits included. Only 1 week of vacation and no sick days.

I did not find any "pros" in working for this firm.

My tenure at Heart to Heart was short-lived because it was the MOST unprofessional work environment I have ever experienced. If you work in the East Orange office, don't expect any privacy. There are video cameras in EVERY office used to monitor the staff. Don't expect any formal training on using their systems; they do not have any written procedures or documentations.
