Users say... "Extremely high turn over rate, hypocritical and lazy management, you will be expected to work multiple positions that are not in your job description while only getting paid for the job you were hired for, unavoidable overtime due to poor staffing, rules that are supposed to apply to everyone only seem to be enforced selectively, lazy nurses and aides that sit on their phones, stuffing their faces and refuse to do their jobs and same with the business office, only they’re not doing it out in the open and have their offices to hide in, and that’s if they’re not constantly on vacation." "the pay is low for amount of work"
