Pros
Flexible arrangements can be made to work remotely. Client base is engaged and provides valuable feedback for improvements.
Cons
Non technical management, trying to run a technical company. Large turnover; HR has a tendency to micro-manage causing skilled staff to seek employment elsewhere. Wage increases does not keep up with inflation. Too quick to force programs to change to suit the 'big' firms rather than do what is technically correct.
