Only worth it if you work within the 5 boroughs. That’s because of prevailing wage which is at this moment of this post $29.08. The moment you leave the 5 boroughs it drops down to $20-25, they will also low ball you as much as possible to save money. I know workers in maintenance in this company who have been working here for 10 years plus on the island who never made $25, and it’s a fight to even considered for a raise. So if you do join. Stay within the 5 boroughs and never leave. Plus their portfolio of complexes out there is in much better shape and better looking than the ones out East (rest of Long Island).
