Pros

Nice location with plenty of parking.

Cons

Lack of flexibility. High level of stress One of the senior managers is a bully. Everyone can see it and even after complaints are made, there is no action taken. Her behaviour is normalised by saying "it's just the way she is, try not to take it personally" It is not normal or right for one person make various different people so miserable. I genuinely witnessed people cry from how badly they had been spoken to by her. A serious lack of work life balance and care for your wellbeing.

Honestly, none that I’ve personally experienced. Some may say the “traditional benefits” could be enhanced, but when you factor in all the additional perks, wellness offerings, and employee-focused programs, it’s clear the company is very intentional about supporting its workforce.
