Free tea, coffee and fruit, felxible working

Cons

Very cliquey work environment, particularly with senior leadership team, if your face fits their ideals you'll get on, if it doesn't you wont. Some signs of classism when it comes to promotions, countless people in positions way beyond there abilities Poor training and progression, pay poor compared to market averages.

Honestly, none that I’ve personally experienced. Some may say the “traditional benefits” could be enhanced, but when you factor in all the additional perks, wellness offerings, and employee-focused programs, it’s clear the company is very intentional about supporting its workforce.
