      Good Pay, 401K company puts in 3% and matches 50% of first 6%, annual bonus based on performance of employee and how the company performs.

      Cons

      Loss of Overtime pay and Holiday compensation. Hourly are Unionized at this location and the few bad apples have a tendency to pull others production down, and it protects the wastes of space.
