Employees care for each other, new dress for your day dress code,

Cons

Company culture has devolved and has little work life balance. Environment is not flexible. Location/building is not in a prime location and the facilities are not well maintained.

Lehigh Hanson works hard to maintain a vibrant company culture, where our employees feel valued, respected, and empowered. Our employees are our greatest asset, and making sure that we are creating an environment for them to continuously learn, grow, and improve upon themselves, is what we strive to provide. We are currently in the middle of remodeling our office space, which will be completed in 2020. Each floor of our corporate office is being remodeled into more modern work environments, with updated appliances, systems and facilities. Cons

Honestly, none that I’ve personally experienced. Some may say the “traditional benefits” could be enhanced, but when you factor in all the additional perks, wellness offerings, and employee-focused programs, it’s clear the company is very intentional about supporting its workforce.
