Pros

It's a great place to work, colleagues and managers are very supportive. There is a great training program and managers (or at least mine) are very enthusiastic in helping you progress into better positions to suit you. There are tonnes of other benefits that come with the job that make it a great environment to work in.

Cons

I have not experienced a downside as of yet

Pros

- North America wide footprint - young and dynamic team - good vision how cement production could look like in the future

Cons

- tenure/seniority is worth more then anything else - lack of strategy - managers care more about their own job security, then supporting their team when addressed with concerns - management pretends to do employee surveys and listening exercises, but their are just smoke screens, no follow up, nothing changes
