Pros
Overall, as a company the benefits, polices are reasonable. no bank holidays and Christmas shut down. no Saturdays unless its part of your job role. Facilities are good, modern and reasonable. All companies have their flaws but overall Hanson is a good company to work for and are identifying their flaws by listening.
Cons
IT facilities could do with some improvement. Parking can be an issue but there are things in place. Feel its trying to be large co-operate but just doesn't have the right resources in place to do this. Training team I feel is there but not quite co-operate like other companies I have worked for. Sometimes feel like a number rather then a valued member.
