I work for Hanson and can honestly say it is a fantastic company. The company culture is incredibly people orientated, supportive and encourages collaboration between teams, regions and functions.
Cons
The only con is the workload can be intense at times. However, I believe every business and industry faces this universal challenge / con in some shape or form.
