Pros

Their compensation is consistent and relatively good for not being commission but quite bad a good seller to excel.

Cons

The company is operationally driven with no focus on the sales team. Multi million dollar investments are made on various operational needs but little to no focus is on the sales group. There is no attempt to answer some key questions like “what are we doing to develop our bench”, “what career trajectory does a sales person have”, “how do we coach our managers to become better managers”. Most of the focus is on hard lagging KPIs with little focus on leading indicators for success (again operational senior leaders want hard numbers in front of them).

Honestly, none that I’ve personally experienced. Some may say the “traditional benefits” could be enhanced, but when you factor in all the additional perks, wellness offerings, and employee-focused programs, it’s clear the company is very intentional about supporting its workforce.
