The possibility to grow in the company, yearly increase in wages and the potential for a bonus at the start of the year.
Cons
Disregard for individual health, stress or people that are a-neurotypical. Grievances are ignored until the very last moment, often a resignation is required for senior management to take action. I have noticed people mentioning Hybrid work, this is not a guarantee and this can change on a moments notice for undetermined time.
