Pros

Pay was decent - but only because of the ridiculous amount of hours we were expected to work.

Cons

No work-life balance, expected to work more than ‘reasonable’ overtime. No career progression, you get told you will have annual performance reviews which either don’t happen at all or it’s just a box ticking exercise for management and nothing eventuates. Management are completely unapproachable, it’s a ‘them’ against ‘us’ attitude and you will simply just be a number to them. Company prides itself on safety; however when issues are brought up, they are swept under the carpet and forgotten about. Safety meetings also become a box-ticking exercise and are not taken seriously.

Honestly, none that I’ve personally experienced. Some may say the “traditional benefits” could be enhanced, but when you factor in all the additional perks, wellness offerings, and employee-focused programs, it’s clear the company is very intentional about supporting its workforce.
