Extremely poisonous culture with extremely dodgy upper management who try to cover up serious safety breaches Office - Red hill wa Horrible horrible company to work for. This was the worst experience of working for a company in 30 years of working. Dodgy management receiving kickbacks and stealing from the company. Unprofessional senior management covering up illegal mistakes made by site managers. Overwhelming poisonous culture driven by management. Unsafe and extremely volatile safety culture that has already had one death. If you’re not a manager you will be eventually pushed out of the business. Put as many bullying complaints in as you want, in the end you will be the one pushed out of the business. If there was a zero star review I would have selected it. Highly recommend do not work there!

Honestly, none that I’ve personally experienced. Some may say the “traditional benefits” could be enhanced, but when you factor in all the additional perks, wellness offerings, and employee-focused programs, it’s clear the company is very intentional about supporting its workforce.
