      Pros

      Good management/coworkers. The atmosphere is laid back and fun. Its support, but you will broaden your skill set pretty quickly in windows networking environments. Pay is reasonable. Every time I turn around the company is buying lunch. The CEO is very approachable, HR is solid, and almost everyone is super helpful.

      Its support, but you know that going in.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, fully remote, customer base is kind and fairly patient

      Cons

      Call center, endless back to back calls with a minimum requirement of 15 a day, horribly micromanaged with tracking of every minute in and out of calls, relatively impossible expectations for extremely below average pay for IT, totally broken "upward promotion" system that takes years to exist Tier 1 to Tier 2
