      Occasionally they have free food. and the Sr. techs are willing to help you learn.

      Cons

      If you're new to IT, you can get a start here but thats it. I recommend you stay no longer than 6mo-1yr. This place is a dead end! You cab also be written up or fired if you're one minute late. YES! ONE MINUTE.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, fully remote, customer base is kind and fairly patient

      Cons

      Call center, endless back to back calls with a minimum requirement of 15 a day, horribly micromanaged with tracking of every minute in and out of calls, relatively impossible expectations for extremely below average pay for IT, totally broken "upward promotion" system that takes years to exist Tier 1 to Tier 2
