You have access to a lot systems that you can gain knowledge about if you’re entry level.
Cons
One of their values is “fun” but this translated to a lot of inappropriate talk around the workplace by employees and managers. The managers are disrespectful and curse at employees regularly and there is a lot of cursing during the day overall while clients are on the phone. I was very disappointed because they way they portrayed the workplace and advancement in the company in my interview was a stretch of the truth. They change the rules and policies daily based on how they feel and when you think you’ve done enough for promotion or advancement, they create a metric to hinder you from advancement.
