      Been working here for a couple of years and have experienced invaluable growth in knowledge in a field I had no prior experience in.

      Cons

      Can't think of many cons. Free health insurance, standard pay and a relaxed environment.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, fully remote, customer base is kind and fairly patient

      Cons

      Call center, endless back to back calls with a minimum requirement of 15 a day, horribly micromanaged with tracking of every minute in and out of calls, relatively impossible expectations for extremely below average pay for IT, totally broken "upward promotion" system that takes years to exist Tier 1 to Tier 2
