Pros
I have worked at Helion, directly under Erik Nachbahr, for over 2.5 years. When I came on board my position as Executive Assistant was new to Helion / Erik. That was exciting and also scary. Quickly my fears were relieved by instantly becoming a member of the team, expanding my role beyond just supporting Erik, to supporting other executives within the organization as well as multiple business functions. No day is the same at Helion. The quick, fast pace atmosphere along with various interactions with employees, vendors, customers etc. contributes greatly to why I look forward to coming to work on a daily basis. So grateful for my job at Helion Technologies, Inc.!

Helion is growing and expanding in leaps and bounds... sometimes direction changes very quickly and it is hard to adjust immediately.
