Pros

There was always something to do and I frequently felt challenged to do my best. I have grown a lot professionally while I have been here. My managers seemed to take a personal interest in my success, and I felt that we make a good team of intelligent and savvy people. I was told what I needed to do in order to succeed and was given compensation when I met my goals. The company has been growing consistently and offers good job security.

Cons

Customers can get unfriendly at times, and work load can feel like a lot periodically.

Pros

Great people to work with, fully remote, customer base is kind and fairly patient

Cons

Call center, endless back to back calls with a minimum requirement of 15 a day, horribly micromanaged with tracking of every minute in and out of calls, relatively impossible expectations for extremely below average pay for IT, totally broken "upward promotion" system that takes years to exist Tier 1 to Tier 2
