Pros
If you like clique culture, Micromanagement, being underpaid, and underappreciated - Then this place might be for you. I guess that could be a pro if you enjoy that work environment. Personally the only pro is after the hype up the company interview, They showed how deceitful they were in the interview process and the nature of the work in the job description in short enough time that I didn't end up wasting anymore of my career there.
Cons
Extreme Micromanagement, underpaid for what you need to know. They like to describe themselves as different, but they're different like a group of sociopaths are "different". Don't believe you get '2 hours of paid training a week'. You don't. Your working will be considered your training. CEO wants to be a motivational speaker more than a CEO. One quote from him, "We're here to get ideas about the company, Not for you to tell me I'm awesome, I already know I'm awesome". You will be made to feel stupid for not knowing everything. The message is that any experience you have gained before Helion was the wrong way, That their way is correct and you're less intelligent for not knowing that or believing that. They want a SME in every area of IT but pay like you're a junior admin. Despite the job description of Systems Administrator or however it get's falsely framed, You wont be working on projects, you wont be bettering Helion infrastructure, you wont be doing systems administration work. You will be call center helpdesk. Nothing more.
