Cheap Health Insurance, Dental and paid time off,

No communication at all, they expect you to "Drink the cool aid" and there customers do hate them as they have a revolving door of Help Desk employees because of the way they treat them a no respect mentality. Customers call in and get someone new every time which makes it difficult for customers to get there issues resolved. Lead times and response time way to long as it can take days in some cases to get issues just initially looked at. No work life balance and their compensation is not on par with the extensive workload. Owner and executives act like a bunch of college boy friends and that comes through in there business practices.
