The company promotes communication between departments, which is completely different than my previous job. There is a ton of opportunity to learn and grow; you just need to put the time in. I have yet to find any co workers that are not ready to help and they are great to work with. The company is growing and improving and I see that as a good thing especially for me. After reading some reviews on here it seems like there are some that aren’t willing to put the work in. I can tell you from personal experience that Helion is unlike other technology companies in a positive way. If you do not like to work, I do not recommend coming here.
