      Benefits are decent Exposure to a multitude of technologies. Help Desk tech co-workers are easy to work with.

      Cons

      Extensive micromanagement Constantly moving goalposts for advancement. Mismanaged and extremely reactive to issues, causing high call numbers. High turnover of even experienced employees.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, fully remote, customer base is kind and fairly patient

      Cons

      Call center, endless back to back calls with a minimum requirement of 15 a day, horribly micromanaged with tracking of every minute in and out of calls, relatively impossible expectations for extremely below average pay for IT, totally broken "upward promotion" system that takes years to exist Tier 1 to Tier 2
