      Patients in teaching flexible working hours useful work experience

      Cons

      Terrible implementation and lack of documentation insufficient training department to department communication is awful and very cut-throat management is condescending and don't have a scope on what they want there is little to no synergy always understaffed

      Great people to work with, fully remote, customer base is kind and fairly patient

      Cons

      Call center, endless back to back calls with a minimum requirement of 15 a day, horribly micromanaged with tracking of every minute in and out of calls, relatively impossible expectations for extremely below average pay for IT, totally broken "upward promotion" system that takes years to exist Tier 1 to Tier 2
