      Pros

      This is a great place to start if you know absolutely nothing about IT or have very little experience. There training is very hands-on and there is always someone to help you if you need help.

      Cons

      The management is very particular on how you support the end-users. If you don't do things are very particular way you will get reprimanded for it. Probably the most micromanaging company I have ever worked for. Also, you will work holidays and weekends and even overnights. They won't tell you that beforehand so just be prepared.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, fully remote, customer base is kind and fairly patient

      Cons

      Call center, endless back to back calls with a minimum requirement of 15 a day, horribly micromanaged with tracking of every minute in and out of calls, relatively impossible expectations for extremely below average pay for IT, totally broken "upward promotion" system that takes years to exist Tier 1 to Tier 2
