      I learned more in a few months than I'd ever learned before. I got to see a few cities around the country also.

      Cons

      the only type of management at helion is micromanagement. To the point where they might as well just do the work themselves.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, fully remote, customer base is kind and fairly patient

      Cons

      Call center, endless back to back calls with a minimum requirement of 15 a day, horribly micromanaged with tracking of every minute in and out of calls, relatively impossible expectations for extremely below average pay for IT, totally broken "upward promotion" system that takes years to exist Tier 1 to Tier 2
