Cannot recommend to anyone - Administrative Hellas Construction Employee Review

Unethical in the way they treat employees. They have a really high turnover rate across the board. I have been here nearly a year and they have went through numerous estimators....human resource personnel and the VP even quit. This company makes a lot of money and has the potential to be a great place to work. Upper management passes off accountability to the lower level employees.
