Pros
You can make more money than your education/experience dictates (or lack thereof dictates). There are some good people who work there and some days, it can be a lot of fun.
Cons
Well, it's been written here, but: high turnover, crazed and abusive CEO, internal drama on a daily basis (if you want to live in a workplace soap opera, try out Hellas!). It's a very unprofessional environment and you'll see that not long after you start.
