Pros
It seems like a really cool job/place to work when you start. You can make decent money and the employees are great for the most part. But once you spend any amount of time there (especially in the summer) it's quite a different story. It's hard to come up with any pros so I guess the money is the only pro. But it comes with a price...
Cons
There is no amount of medicine on this earth that will make the president/CEO/owner a normal, decent person. He acts like everyone is beneath him and he treats his employee's like dirt. His favorite thing to do is to humiliate his employees in front of their co-workers. I guess he thinks it makes him look important. When in fact it makes him look foolish. But people with egos like his don't realize it. People that know him and have to deal with him know he is horrible person and a nightmare to deal with. Sad part is the company could be great. But because of his morals and his ego, he will just run it into the ground. It's not the first time and probably won't be the last time. Greed is an ugly trait. If I had to compare him to something - he's like a puppy mill owner..
