Best reasons to work here do not outweigh the negatives no matter how cool and funny some of your other abused coworkers are. You're better than this.
Cons
Challenges for working here are aimed directly at your self-worth and self-esteem. This should be ironic, when you consider the people trying to make you feel small and stupid are the same people with less education and sense of morality than you, but sadly you will soon be conditioned into believing this is acceptable.
