A business that is still stuck in the 1980's in the way of doing things. Leadership team are old and dont understand technology. IT has been put together on a shoe string budget. Note a great experience working here - They do not listen to advice and are a reactive business and not proactive.

In exchange for my work I receive decent pay. Some of the people I meet are really nice.

HellermannTyton is probably not that bad. But my experience has been atrocious. I got no onboarding and no guidance. I had to complete all of my own introduction meetings that were allegedly assigned to my manager, I didn't realize that I joined a revolving door of a team, and work for a person who has no empathy, respect, or interpersonal skills. There is ZERO implementation, and I've witnessed downright dishonest work by the head of the dept. This behavior is not only defended, but rewarded and that's DEEPLY CONCERNING.
