Pros

They will hire almost anyone and everyone because they need the help. Can make good money because you work so many hours.

Cons

Management Team - They rule with an iron fist. Talk down on employees like they are nothing. They don't even bother acting like they care because they don't. Can't handle any sort of criticism. Hours - They will work you until you have nothing left to give. Techs/Operators work every other weekend Saturday AND Sunday then ask you to cover for others on your one weekend off in the month. Opportunity - Will hold people back as long as possible. Many people deserving of advancement quit and pursue better opportunities. Pay - On the low end of the spectrum. Not competitive with competitors. The bulk of your pay will be made from the overwhelming amount of overtime hours. Summary - Choose a company that values you and your time. I've seen many GOOD people come through here throughout my time and all of them were consumed by the negative work environment. You feel relief for those whom get out and find much better opportunities elsewhere.

Pros

In exchange for my work I receive decent pay. Some of the people I meet are really nice.

Cons

HellermannTyton is probably not that bad. But my experience has been atrocious. I got no onboarding and no guidance. I had to complete all of my own introduction meetings that were allegedly assigned to my manager, I didn't realize that I joined a revolving door of a team, and work for a person who has no empathy, respect, or interpersonal skills. There is ZERO implementation, and I've witnessed downright dishonest work by the head of the dept. This behavior is not only defended, but rewarded and that's DEEPLY CONCERNING.
