Pay itself was not great Progression was vague, no concrete plan. It never happened, in my case. It was hard to get involved freely with projects across the business, I found it restrictive at times. You do only as you're told, type thing, rather than being trusted to recognise opportunities that you feel are good for you and being encouraged to be involved with these. Hybrid working was unsatisfactory. When feedback was communicated, the Head of Department simply refused to adjust. Hardly any flexibility.
