Very young, immature employees. Gossip, back stabbing, and management favors the youngest employees. Breaks required by law very rare, and at the discretion of shift manager, unless you're a minor. Questionable food safety (filthy, food-blocked drains near dish washer, employees sneaking tastes of food, etc.)
