while the company policy is that you can not accept tips, we had a tip cup and sometimes customers would hand tips to us directly. if managment caught this, we were made to put it in a cup that they collect and use for stuff for the store like coffee. most of the staff besides management didn't drink coffee. I would have prefered my tips didnt get taken from me.
